Good point sleep.
There are times where you get like 20 welcomes and times wher eyou get maby only 2 welcomes.
Depends if people are online atm.

I understand that alot of people will log in at once or get a bunch of welcomes at once but in Caesar, I never really got a hi at all, unless i logged in and somebody needed something. Its really not that big of a deal, i seemed like a dead end faction to me and I only found a few people friendly to me sad
