First, go to where the game is installed, (I will be doing this guide as if game is installed on drive C:)
Now go to:
C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata
Open the file serverlist.ini or maybe currentserver.ini (open with notepad) - make a copy of the file and save it somewhere else so you can restore it if you mess up.
Change where it says "pwigc4.perfectworld.com" to 64.74.134.59
Save and close the file, open launcher, Start and type in your account info. You should be able to log on.

(you may need to get permissions to edit the file - use google to find out how to do this)
